Meet Lois Schneider

In 1976, after 14 years as a real estate salesperson in Summit, New Jersey, Lois Schneider founded her company. Her mission was to establish a small premier agency that would focus on Summit and the fine surrounding communities. It was the beginning of the era of mega real estate companies and franchise brokers. Contrary to the trend, Lois wanted only one sales office. Quality, not quantity, was to be the standard for her sales personnel.

Customer satisfaction continues to be the secret of success at Lois Schneider Realtor. For nearly a quarter century, the company has remained one of Summit's most productive real estate firms. We know of no other company with higher per capita sales volume.

Lois Schneider has attained both G.R.I. and C.R.B designations. She was chosen Realtor of the Year by the Board of Realtors of Summit, New Providence and Berkeley Heights in 1992. The sales force of twenty-four experienced professionals are all multi-million dollar producers. More than half of the sales staff holds brokers licenses and graduate realtor certifications.

All of the associates share Lois' corporate and personal philosophy of active community involvement. In 1994, Lois Schneider Realtor was the recipient of the Corporate Philanthropy Award in the category of social welfare. In 1996, Lois Schneider received a Congressional Certificate of Appreciation for her continued efforts in community betterment.
